The Beers...

Our newest beer that debuted at the Stockport Beer Festival a few weeks ago.

REMERGENCE 7.0% ABV

Our new IPA - Strong and well flavoured with malty richness giving way to a blast of fresh hop. There is a huge amount of hops in this beer. Cascade, Chinook, Goldings and Hallertau make up the bill. Dry hopped for extra aroma and flavour. This one will blow you away. Recommended for serious hop-heads.

FUTURE BREWS SCHEDULED FOR RELEASE INTO THE WILD IN SUMMER 2010:

EL CAPITAN 4.8% ABV

Our interpretation of the classic California Common style, or Steam Beer. Mashed with Pale, Munich and Chocolate malts. Hopped with Northern Brewer and Cascade varieties. Fermented with a specially imported Californian lager yeast. El Cap is a moreish delight.

HOHENLAGE BIER 5.0% ABV

"High altitiude beer". Buxton shares a few similarities with many brewing regions of Germany including Bavaria, not least being several hundred metres above sea level and the composition of our brewing liqour (water). This is our delicious fruity wheat beer, brewed to a traditional German recipe. Mashed with a high proportion of wheat giving the traditional appearance and flavour of this style. Hopped with the amazing European varieties of Saaz, Hallertau and Perle to give sublte nuances of fruit, fresh grass and citrus.

Wild Walker’s best selling beer is a malty, medium dark session ale. Designed for easy drinking whilst being a well balanced and complex flavored beer. Brewed with Bodecia hops, and a blend of Marris Otter and Crystal Malts.

GREAT ESCAPE 5.0% ABV

5.0% abv
A fantastic, malty beer. Great on cold winter evenings, and equally drinkable in the summer months. Brewed with Roasted Barley to impart a deep ruby red colour. This beer has a well balanced profile, offering delicate caramel and toffee flavours. Hopped with East Kent Goldings and European Perle.

LAST ORDERS 3.8% ABV

3.8% abv
Easy, full session drinking.Last orders is a bitter-sweet, malty, light-straw coloured beer, delicatley flavoured to give a fruity, spicey taste. Dry hopped in the conditioning tank for a pronounced aroma and lingering sensation of fresh citrus. We love it!
